A Little of My Story

My journey began in silence.

As a child, I lived through the quiet ache of abuse — experiences that fractured my sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. For many years, I carried the weight of that pain, often feeling as though I didn’t fully belong in my own body or in my own life.

Then came another breaking point, when the father of my children passed suddenly and I was left to raise three young boys on my own. The grief was immense, and so was the responsibility. Yet somewhere inside that darkness, something deeper began to stir — a knowing that healing was not only possible, but necessary.

So I began to seek.

Not just relief, but understanding.
Not just healing, but wholeness.
Not just survival, but a way of coming home to myself.

What I found was far greater than I expected: the capacity to meet myself with compassion, to honour the complexity of my journey, and to slowly rebuild a relationship with my body, my spirit, and my own inner truth.

Out of that journey, I created Biosenetics™ — a healing system born from energy awareness, soul memory, body wisdom, and deep transformational work. Over the years, my work has continued to evolve, weaving together natural therapy, metaphysics, dreams, somatic awareness, sound, and practical spiritual transformation.

Today, I live on a peaceful island off the coast of Queensland with my husband and our joyful standard poodle, Asha.

My work is a sacred and practical offering: to help others reconnect with the truth of who they are, release what no longer belongs to them, and remember that healing does not require perfection. It begins with a willingness to listen, to soften, to reclaim yourself, and to say yes to the next step.
