This is my Story

My journey began in silence.
As a child, I lived through the quiet ache of abuse—experiences that fractured my sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. For years, I carried the weight of that pain, never quite feeling at home in my own skin.

Then came another breaking—when the father of my children passed suddenly, leaving me alone to raise three young boys. The grief was vast. Yet in that darkness, something stirred—a deep, ancient knowing that healing was possible… and necessary.

So I began to seek—not just relief, but understanding. Not just healing, but wholeness.
What I found was something far greater than I ever imagined: the capacity to love myself—unconditionally. To hold compassion for my past, reverence for my journey, and deep, unwavering love for those I now help.

Through this awakening, I created Biosenetics™—a healing system born from the wisdom of energy, soul memory, and embodied transformation. It has helped countless others release long-held trauma, reconnect with their true essence, and finally feel free.

Today, I live on a peaceful island off the coast of Queensland with my husband and our joyful standard poodle, Asha. My work is a sacred offering—to guide others back to the truth of who they are, and to help them remember: healing is possible, love is our nature, and transformation begins the moment we say yes to ourselves.
