Coming Out as My Higher Self: A Walk-In Journey

There are stories that sit quietly in the soul, waiting for the right moment to be told. This is one of mine.

Early in my journey, I began the deep work of healing—releasing trauma, unhelpful thought loops, and emotional wounds. This work birthed the healing system I later came to call Biosenetics. At first, it was simply my way of making peace with myself.

But as I went deeper, my guides began to whisper about something larger. They told me there would come a day when a shift would occur—a walk-in. Not in the sense of a new soul arriving from elsewhere, but rather a seamless merging with a higher aspect of myself.

When the moment came, the part of me that had carried so much pain entered a gentle grieving, like a soul releasing its burden. By morning, I woke with new awareness—calm, expansive, and carrying memories that had always circled me but never been fully mine.

It was not a rupture, but a reunion. A remembering.
And with it, I was guided to change my name—a marker of stepping fully into this integrated self.

Some may hear this and worry, or dismiss, or wonder. That’s okay. I don’t share it to convince anyone. I share it because it is part of who I am, and part of why I now walk this path with others.
