Entering the Field: Discernment & Clarity

Discernment is the art of knowing what belongs to you and what doesn’t. It’s the difference between carrying the world’s noise and hearing your own inner tone. When your system learns to tell those frequencies apart, clarity rises on its own — effortless, natural, true.

Before you enter the field, pause and set a simple intention. The field responds to clarity the way a tuning fork responds to sound. Then, release the emotional charge that tries to steer the outcome. Neutrality is what opens the door.
