Prison Planet or Polarity Playground? Making Sense of Soul Stories

If you spend any time on YouTube or TikTok, you’ve probably heard the stories:

“Earth is a prison planet.”
“We’re trapped in reincarnation.”
“Entities are feeding on our energy.”

They’re dramatic. They’re gripping. And if you’ve ever felt the shadow side of life, they can feel disturbingly familiar.

I understand why people lean into these ideas. When something feels “off” about the world, we go looking for explanations. But here’s the thing: none of these stories are gospel truth. They’re maps—different ways of making sense of the same terrain.

One Phenomenon, Many Lenses

Here’s how the same kinds of experiences get framed across traditions:

Each framework has its own inner logic. And each can be empowering or disempowering, depending on how we hold it.

Shadow in the Physical World Too

But control doesn’t only exist in metaphysical stories. It plays out here in the physical world too.

Look at the concentration of wealth and power today. During the COVID years, enormous amounts of money shifted upward into the hands of the already wealthy. Many point to the “elite,” the “Illuminati,” or hidden groups pulling strings behind the scenes.

Whether or not you believe in secret societies, history shows us the pattern clearly: for centuries humanity lived under feudal systems—kings, lords, and overlords holding power while the majority served. That memory still echoes in our DNA, and it’s easy to see the modern version playing out in global economics.

So when people say “prison planet,” they may not just be speaking about astral traps. They may be naming the very real structures of control that shape our daily lives.

Where I Stand

I don’t deny the reality of shadow or the existence of entities. In my own journey, I’ve encountered them, shielded against them, and helped others release them. We live in a polarity system, and Earth has both light and dark currents.

But here’s the middle ground I return to:

• The only “fuel” shadow forces really thrive on is fear, despair, and negativity.

• The more we anchor in love, awareness, and sovereignty, the less hold they have.

• Liberation isn’t about running from Earth—it’s about embodying who we truly are here.

Which Belief Serves You?

Carl Sagan once said something like: If you’re going to have a belief, make sure it serves you.

That’s the real test, isn’t it? Not whether we can prove Earth is a prison, a school, or a dream—but whether the story we hold makes us stronger.

Ask yourself:

• Does this belief expand me into more love, clarity, and freedom?

• Or does it shrink me into fear and helplessness?

We may never fully agree on what Earth “is.” But we can always choose the beliefs that serve us. And for me, that means reclaiming the power to reprogram our archetypes and unconscious minds—because true freedom begins from within.
