Sometimes the useful part is understanding something differently.
Sometimes it is a practice.
Sometimes it is hearing another person describe something you recognise in yourself.
And sometimes it is simply having enough time and space for something to become clearer.
QSU is not a course you race through and finish.
It is not a noisy social-media group.
And it is not a place where you have to perform spirituality or pretend to have everything figured out.
It is a place to explore, question, practise, notice and work things through — in your own way and at your own pace.

A monthly theme
Each month we explore one central theme in depth, giving you time to notice how it relates to your own life rather than rushing from one idea to the next.
Core material + workbook
You’ll receive material to introduce and develop the month’s theme, along with a workbook to help you reflect, question, notice patterns and work through what arises.
Meditations + practices
Guided meditations and practical processes support the month’s exploration and give you ways to work with the material between meetings.
Two live meetings each month
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 7:30 pm Brisbane time. The sessions include teaching, discussion, questions, guided practice, reflection and space to work things through together.
Recordings available
If you can’t attend live, recordings are available afterwards so you can participate in your own time.
Community space
A calm place to share, ask questions, reflect and connect without pressure to constantly participate or perform.
Joining Quantum Soul Upgrade
QSU opens for new members on the 1st of each month and closes at 12 noon on the second Tuesday of the month, Brisbane time.
We open once each month because QSU works in monthly themes.
That gives new members a clear place to begin, time to explore the Welcome area, and a chance to enter the month’s material before the first live session.
Once the membership window closes, we settle into the month’s theme, meetings, workbook, practices and shared exploration together.
If the doors are closed, you’re welcome to join the waitlist for the next intake.
Quantum Soul Upgrade Membership
A$49 per month
Your membership includes the monthly theme, core material, workbook, meditations and practices, two live meetings each month, session recordings, and access to the QSU community space.
There is no lock-in. Your membership continues monthly until you choose to cancel.
