I’m Shamarie Flavel — a practical mystic, energy healer, writer, song-maker, and explorer of life’s mysteries. Sometimes called the Navigator!

For more than 28 years, I’ve worked in the healing and consciousness field, supporting people as they navigate stress, grief, trauma patterns, energetic overwhelm, intuition, soul growth, and personal transformation.

My work blends grounded care with spiritual insight. I listen for patterns — in the body, the energy field, dreams, symbols, emotions, and life experiences — and help people find clearer pathways back to themselves. And Humour is not too far from the door.

You may notice my digital clone appearing in some of my videos.

Like many sensitive people, the whole “lights, makeup, camera, action” process does not always suit my nervous system or my nature. Using a digital clone helps me share teachings, updates, and introductions more consistently, without needing to be camera-ready every time.

But in a session, you always get me.

No AI stand-in. No digital version doing the work. Just real presence, real listening, and the work we do together in the moment.
